How does School Text Tips work?
With the School Text Tips system, each school receives a specialized local number that students can text message in and report any bullying, intimidation, harassment, cyber bullying, drugs, weapons, or anything they feel could be a threat to themselves, other students/staff, or the school itself.
Messages received are immediately pushed to a designated school official(s) via phone email and text message. All tipsters are assigned a person # ID i.e.( Person 142), for easy referencing, and all messages are recorded permanently and only accessible to your school or whom you designate. No big brother second guessing your decisions.
If in the event you see a tip that you determine is of a life safety nature (for instance, a suicide tip, bomb threat, etc.). We will provide that number to you without the need for any red tape or unnecessary delays.
